Cotiviti plans to move headquarters

Cotiviti Holdings Inc., an Atlanta-based payments analytics company, intends to move its headquarters to Sandy Springs, Ga., from Dunwoody, Ga.

A letter to the Sandy Springs City Council revealed that Cotiviti is seeking $98,000 in incentives, which include a three-year waiver of business occupational taxes. The council will hear the company's plea June 6.

The company plans to invest $5.3 million to build out the new offices, with the length of lease being 10 years, 10 months.
