Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance to raise ¥30B by issuing bonds

Japan-based Mitsubishi UFJ Lease & Finance Co. Ltd. plans to raise ¥30 billion by issuing unsecured bonds in three tranches.

The first tranche will consist of ¥10 billion of 2.5-year bonds with a coupon of 0.010%, while the second tranche will be for ¥10 billion of seven-year bonds with a coupon of 0.280%. The third tranche will consist of ¥10 billion of 10-year bonds with a coupon of 0.385%.

The payment date is May 28.

As of May 22, US$1 was equivalent to ¥111.05.
