Banking

Hanover Community Bank appointed Kevin Corbett executive vice president and chief credit officer.

Corbett was most recently senior vice president and chief credit officer of Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Dime Community Bank.

Centric Financial Corp. named Jacqueline Fahey senior vice president of Bucks County.

Fahey was previously the regional vice president of commercial banking for Republic Bank in Bucks County.

Centric Financial is the parent of Centric Bank.

Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines fired Linda Betz from her position as chief information security officer, effective Jan. 24.

Betz has held the position since March 2018.

Kennebunk Savings Bancorp Inc. promoted Kim Brooker to vice president and retail market manager for the York branches.

Brooker has been with the Kennebunk, Maine-based bank for 26 years, and was previously assigned to the Eliot region.

Federal Home Loan Bank of New York deputy chief information officer, Michael Radziemski, was named chief information officer, effective Jan. 1.

Radziemski replaced Gaetano Fusco, who was appointed special adviser to the bank's CEO, effective Jan. 1. Fusco will hold this position until his retirement on or about April 3.

Springs Valley Bank & Trust Co. appointed Nikita Brown banking center manager of Paoli Banking Center.

Brown was a universal banker at the Jasper, Ind.-based bank.

Bank OZK named Stan Thomas chief accounting officer, effective Jan. 2.

Thomas was previously the Little Rock, Ark.-based bank's executive vice president/director of financial reporting.

Greg McKinney, who previously was CFO and chief accounting officer of the bank, will retain his role as CFO.

Financial services

The board of Apollo Investment Corp. accepted the resignation of director James Zelter, effective immediately.

Zelter will continue as co-president of Apollo Global Management Inc., an affiliate of the company's investment adviser.

The board intends to fill the vacancy from Zelter's resignation.

Kenneth Denman on Dec. 31, 2019, resigned as director of San Diego-based Mitek Systems Inc.

Denman has served as board member since 2016.
