SEC director of compliance inspections, examinations to leave

Marc Wyatt will leave his role as the SEC's director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations.

Wyatt will step down in February to return to the private sector. He assumed the post in November 2015.

Pete Driscoll, the OCIE's chief risk and strategy officer, will serve as acting director.
