Nippon Building to obtain long-term borrowings worth ¥10B

Nippon Building Fund Inc. will draw down ¥10.00 billion of long-term borrowings June 1.

Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank Ltd. will extend a ¥6 billion loan at a fixed interest rate of 0.22300% and a ¥4 billion loan at a floating interest rate of 0.10164%.

Proceeds from the loans will be used to refinance existing long-term borrowings.

The unsecured and unguaranteed loans will mature May 31, 2024.

As of May 29, US$1 was equivalent to ¥108.74.
