Lloyds Banking Group PLC issued two series of international bonds totaling $3 billion, Cbonds reported.
The first series amounts to $1.75 billion, with a fixed-rate 4.05% coupon. The notes will mature Aug. 16, 2023, and were issued at 99.973%, according to Investopoli.
The second series amounts to $1.25 billion, with a fixed-rate 4.55% coupon. They will mature Aug. 16, 2028, and were issued at 99.698%.
Barclays, Citigroup, Lloyds Banking Group and RBC Capital Markets served as book runners on both transactions.
