UEM Sunrise COO steps down, proposes lower final dividend for FY'17

UEM Sunrise Bhd.'s COO, Raymond Cheah Ho Chee, will vacate his position, effective Feb. 28.

Cheah's departure from the role is a result of his employment contract being completed, according to a release.

In a separate filing, the Malaysian real estate developer proposed a final dividend for the 2017 full-year of 1.0 sen per ordinary share, subject to shareholder approval at its scheduled annual general meeting. The company paid out a higher per-share dividend of 1.6 sen for the 2016 full year.
