Huntley answers ASX query on RNY's failure to report H1 results before Aug. 31

Huntley Management Ltd., the responsible entity for RNY Property Trust, said that the company was not able to release its results for the 2018 first-half due to additional information that its auditors have yet to receive.

The Sept. 6 disclosure answers a Sept. 4 query from the Australian stock exchange, as listed companies are required to lodge their Appendix 4D under the bourse's rules on or before Aug. 31.

Huntley said Ernst & Young Sydney will complete its audit of the Australian real estate trust's results within three days of receiving the information it has requested from the U.S., following recent loan-related agreements and the change of RNY's responsible entity.
