Cellmid Ltd. appointed Dennis Eck to its board as a nonexecutive director.

Eck, a professional investor, served in senior management roles at retail companies such as American Stores, Vons, ULTA and Coles Myer. He acquired 2,700,000 Cellmid shares in December 2017, the company said in a news release.

Sydney-based Cellmid develops diagnostic and therapeutic products for cancer and various chronic inflammatory conditions.
