Asta Funding receives another noncompliance notice from Nasdaq

Asta Funding Inc. has received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2017.

Additionally, the company is not in compliance and remains delinquent on filing its Form 10-K for the year ended Sept. 30, 2017, and does not comply with Nasdaq's listing rules for continued listing.

The company has until March 19 to submit a plan to regain compliance. Asta Funding said it will file a plan before the deadline and expects to fully regain compliance upon the filing of the Form 10-K and Form 10-Q, which will be filed as soon as reasonably practicable.
