P&G India CEO to retire; successor named

Procter & Gamble Co. India CEO and Managing Director Al Rajwani will step down from his role on March 31 after 37 years with the company, Indian daily Business Standard reported Feb. 21, citing a company announcement.

P&G India appointed Madhusudan Gopalan to succeed Rajwani, effective April 1. Rajwani will assist in the onboarding of Gopalan in the interim period, according to the report.

Gopalan has worked across P&G's business units and geographies, the paper added.
