SITE Centers sells regional shopping center for $44M

SITE Centers Corp. sold the Largo Town Center in Prince George's County, Md., for "just shy of" $44 million, the Washington Business Journal reported.

The fully occupied 280,000-square-foot regional shopping center was acquired by Finmarc Management Inc.

The property, which sits on a roughly 30-acre site, previously sold for $54 million in 2007, according to the report.
