Fiat Chrysler's FCA Italy SpA and Crédit Agricole SA and unit Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance SA agreed to extend their 50/50 joint venture in Italy-based FCA Bank SpA up to Dec. 31, 2022.

FCA Bank handles FCA Italy's main financing activities in retail auto financing, dealership financing, long-term car rental and fleet management, combined with insurance and mobility solutions, in Europe.
