Bank Norwegian chairman to resign

Bjørn Kise, chairman of Bank Norwegian AS and its parent company Norwegian Finans Holding ASA, will resign from his posts.

Bank Norwegian did not state the reason for Kise's decision or provide the effective date of his resignation.

Kise has been the chairman of Norwegian Finans Holding since 2007, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence data.
