Cybersecurity software developer Fortinet Inc. completed its acquisition of Bradford Networks Inc. for an initial consideration of $17 million, net of cash acquired and subject to certain adjustments.
According to a regulatory filing, Fortinet may pay an additional $2 million in cash consideration as an earn-out that is subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions.
The addition of Bradford Networks, a company that develops network access control solutions, will help enhance the Fortinet Security Fabric product, Fortinet said in a press release.
