CBRE Group to divide CFO, chief investment officer responsibilities

CBRE Group Inc. is splitting the CFO and chief investment officer responsibilities into two senior executive positions.

Jim Groch, who has led both the financial management and capital deployment functions of the global commercial real estate services and investment firm since early 2014, will become global group president and chief investment officer.

CBRE Group said it retained Korn Ferry to help search for a new CFO, who will be based in Dallas. Until the appointment of a CFO, Groch will continue to serve in that position.
