Danakali Ltd. nonexecutive director Liam Cornelius stepped down from the company's board, effective Nov. 17.
Crusader Resources Ltd. Managing Director Rob Smakman resigned from his post with immediate effect and will be succeeded by Marcus Engelbrecht. Engelbrecht most recently served as managing director of Stratex International Plc.
Ian Plimer stepped down as a director of Silver City Minerals Ltd. due to other business commitments.
Caravel Minerals Ltd. nonexecutive director Peter Alexander was named the company's nonexecutive chairman, while Daniel Ryan was added to Caravel's board as a new nonexecutive director.
Rick Crabb was reappointed as an independent director of Thundelarra Ltd. Crabb was a member of the company's board from 2003 to 2006.
Renascor Resources Ltd. nonexecutive director Andrew Martin stepped down from the company's board due to other commitments, effective Nov. 20.
Qingtao Zeng was added to the board of Kodal Minerals Plc as a nonexecutive director, with immediate effect. Zeng will serve as Suay Chin International Pte.'s representative to Kodal's board after completing the acquisition of a 20% stake in the miner.

Claudia Tornquist was appointed president of Dunnedin Ventures Inc. Tornquist joined Dunnedin as an adviser in 2015 and was added to the company's board in 2016.

Ian Kerr was named an executive director of Gascoyne Resources Ltd. after serving as a development manager for the company since December 2016.
James Hyland joined the board of Tasca Resources Ltd. after Craig Naughty resigned as a company director.
Granite Creek Gold Ltd. accepted Willis Osborne's resignation from the company's board with immediate effect.
Steven Krause was named CFO of Aintree Resources Inc., and Brad Blacketor joined company's board after Patrice Nazareno resigned as a director of Aintree. Krause is also the CFO of Bear Creek Mining Corp.
Ashanti Sankofa Inc. director Robert Spiers stepped down from the company's board, while Ronald Renne was appointed as a new director.
Dominic Verdejo joined the board of Melkior Resources Inc. as a new director. Verdejo also serves as the chairman of Pacton Gold Inc. and a director of Bullion Gold Resources Corp. and Golden Peak Minerals Inc.
