Asia Commercial Bank to raise charter capital

Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank obtained approval from the State Bank of Vietnam to raise its charter capital to 12.88 trillion dong from 11.25 trillion dong, Viet Nam News reported Aug. 14.

The capital increase will be made through the payment of dividends in shares to existing shareholders.

As of Aug. 14, US$1 was equivalent to 23,316 Vietnamese dong.
