John Goldsmith, chairman and CEO of TigerRisk Partners UK,will retire Dec. 31.

Hugo Crawley will succeed him in those positions.

Goldsmith led the opening of the London office in 2011 afterTigerRisk Partners LLCCEO Rod Fox asked him to come out of retirement to lead the new business.
