Jair Lynch, Artemis JV pays $51M for DC apartment building

A joint venture between real estate development service provider Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners and Artemis Real Estate Partners LLC acquired the 150-unit Takoma Central apartment building in Washington, D.C., for $50.6 million, Bisnow reported, citing documents posted with the Washington, D.C., Recorder of Deeds.

The property at 235 Carroll St. NW was sold by FCP and Level 2 Development, according to the report.
