OrthoPediatrics Corp. closed its initial public offering, with the sale of 4.6 million common shares at the public offering price of $13 per share.
The company, which focuses on providing products to the pediatric orthopedic market, said the shares sold included the full exercise of underwriters' option to buy 600,000 additional shares.
The shares started trading on the Nasdaq on Oct. 12 under the symbol KIDS.
OrthoPediatrics received $59.8 million in gross proceeds from the offering, before underwriting expenses and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
Piper Jaffray and Stifel acted as joint book-running managers, William Blair acted as lead manager and BTIG acted as co-manager for the offering.
