San Diego-based Bank of Southern California NA named Joshua Mello managing director.

Mello most recently served as vice president and relationship manager of commercial banking for Banc of California.


Kenneth McElvany was appointed to serve as a director of Chino, Calif.-based Chino Commercial Bancorp and subsidiary Chino Commercial Bank NA.

McElvany is a retired business insurance broker and vice president from a North American firm.
