CPI Property closes €600M notes offering

CPI Property Group SA issued €600 million of 1.45% regulation S senior unsecured notes due April 14, 2022, under its euro medium-term note program.

The Luxembourg-based property company noted that investor demand for the notes surpassed €1.7 billion, with more than 100 orders placed by existing and new buyers. According to CPI, 60% of the investors were in the U.K., and fund managers accounted for 89% of the transaction.

The company will use the proceeds to refinance secured loans.
