Oaktree ups distribution

Oaktree Capital Group LLC has declared a distribution attributable to the fourth quarter of 2017 of 76 cents per class A unit, an increase from the previous distribution of 56 cents.

The distribution will be paid Feb. 23 to class A unit holders of record as of the close of business Feb. 16.

Oaktree also reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to the company of $13.4 million, or 21 cents per class A unit, compared with $59.3 million, or 94 cents per class A unit, in the year-ago quarter.

The S&P Capital IQ GAAP EPS estimate for the quarter was 53 cents.

For the full year 2017, Oaktree reported net income attributable to the company of $231.5 million, or $3.61 per class A unit, compared with $194.7 million, or $3.11 per class A unit, in 2016.
