Vastned Retail sells French property for €34.2M

Netherlands-based retail landlord Vastned Retail NV sold the Rue Saint-Jean 44-45 property in Nancy, France, for €34.2 million in January.

The roughly 4,800-square-meter, five-floor property has a number of office and retail tenants including H&M, Desigual and Calzedonia.

The property was 96.4% let.

The sale price was 14.2% higher than the property's valuation as at June 30, 2017.
