Lydian International to be delisted from TSX amid restructuring

The Toronto Stock Exchange will delist Lydian International Ltd.'s ordinary shares, effective at market close Feb. 5.

The company said Jan. 10 that it will not appeal the decision or seek an alternative listing.

The TSX suspended trading of Lydian's ordinary shares in December 2019 and launched a listing review.

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice granted the company and subsidiaries Lydian Canada Ventures Corp. and Lydian U.K. Corp. Ltd. protection from creditors in December 2019.
