Singapore, Lithuania central banks ink fintech cooperation agreement

The Monetary Authority of Singapore and Lithuania's central bank, Lietuvos bankas, signed an agreement to cooperate in the financial technology space.

Under the agreement, both regulators will work together to explore innovation projects and exchange information on emerging market trends in the fintech sector, according to a March 14 release. The agreement also allows fintech companies to tap regulatory support to better understand the regulatory regime in Singapore and Lithuania.
