Kroll affirms LegacyTexas Financial ratings

Kroll Bond Rating Agency has affirmed Plano, Texas-based LegacyTexas Financial Group Inc.'s senior unsecured debt rating of BBB+, subordinated debt rating of BBB and short-term debt rating of K2.

The rating agency also affirmed unit LegacyTexas Bank's deposit and senior unsecured debt ratings of A-, subordinated debt rating of BBB+ and short-term deposit and debt ratings of K2.

The outlook for all long-term ratings was revised to stable from negative.

The stable outlook, among other things, is based on LegacyTexas Financial's demonstrated resolve to lower LegacyTexas Bank's risk exposure, according to Kroll.
