Southwest Securities International to issue US$150M of bonds

Hong Kong-based Southwest Securities International Securities Ltd. will issue US$150 million of bonds on or about May 15.

The bonds were priced at par with an interest rate of 6.75% per year and will mature May 13, 2019.

The company plans to use the net proceeds to refinance existing offshore debt and supplement working capital.

The bonds will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
