German asset manager Deka Immobilien Investment GMBH acquired the Töölönlahdenkatu 3 property in Helsinki's central business district for €190 million, making it the largest single office deal completed in Finland, IPE Real Assets reported.
The seller was Finnish pensions insurer Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Co.
The 100%-occupied property has a gross lettable area of approximately 15,800 square meters and serves as local headquarters for auditing firm KPMG, with Barona Group, Electronic Arts and Nokian Renkaat also among the tenants.
Deka will place Töölönlahdenkatu 3 in its WestInvest InterSelect open-ended real estate fund, the report added.
