Littlejohn Capital buys Western Industries Plastic Products

Littlejohn Capital LLC, through LJC Investments IV LLC, purchased Western Industries Plastic Products LLC from fellow private equity firm Speyside Equity LLC for an undisclosed sum.

Western Industries makes molded finished products and components for the industrial, furniture, sports and leisure, transportation, lawn and garden, and other end markets. The company was bought by Speyside from Graham Partners Inc. in 2016.

Morrison Cohen LLP was legal counsel to Littlejohn Capital.
