Archicom Q3 profit climbs YOY

Archicom SA said its normalized net income for the third quarter came to 24 groszy per share, a decline of 10.5% from 27 groszy per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 5.2 million zlotys, a gain from 1.6 million zlotys in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin increased to 7.9% from 4.5% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue increased 84.4% on an annual basis to 66.1 million zlotys from 35.8 million zlotys, and total operating expenses grew 71.1% on an annual basis to 57.5 million zlotys from 33.6 million zlotys.

Reported net income rose 52.9% on an annual basis to 8.5 million zlotys, or 40 groszy per share, from 5.6 million zlotys, or 92 groszy per share.

As of Nov. 17, US$1 was equivalent to 4.17 zlotys.
