Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd. will build a group housing scheme in Gurgaon, India, spanning approximately 70,500 square meters of saleable area.

The project will be the company's 12th development within the National Capital Region.

Godrej is constructing residential, commercial and township projects, covering roughly 14 million square meters across 12 cities.
