North Carolina-based snacks maker Snyder's-Lance Inc on Feb. 21 said its Emerald Nuts brand issued a recall for a limited amount of its glazed walnuts amid a possible presence of "undeclared" peanuts, almonds, cashews and pecans.

The company added that people who are allergic to peanuts could have a life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product. However, no illness has been reported yet, the statement said.
