Green Brick Partners offers Q4, FY'18 guidance

Green Brick Partners Inc. offered a preliminary forecast for the fourth quarter and the full year 2018.

For the fourth quarter, the homebuilder estimates its projected basic and adjusted net income attributable to the company to sit in the range of $12.6 million to $13.6 million and $16.8 million to $18.2 million, respectively.

Projected basic EPS is expected to be in the range of 25 cents to 27 cents, while projected adjusted EPS is anticipated to be within the range of 33 cents to 36 cents.

For the full year 2018, Green Brick estimates its projected basic net income attributable to be in the $50.9 million to $51.9 million range and its projected adjusted net income attributable in the $69.1 million to $70.5 million range, according to a release.

Projected basic and adjusted earnings per share are expected to be in the range of $1.00 to $1.02 and $1.36 to $1.39, respectively.

Additionally, the company forecasts its 2019 basic and adjusted earnings per share to grow "modestly," with net debt to capital in the targeted range of 35%.
