Greenpro Capital Corp. appointed Ramesh Ruben Louis as an independent director of the company.

Louis was nominated to replace Chee Keong Hee, who resigned from the position, according to a May 23 filing.

Louis is a chartered accountant and has experience in accounting, auditing and risk management at various companies. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the company's annual meeting on June 6.
