German asset manager Deka Immobilien Investment GMBH acquired the Reflector office building on Hanover Quay in Dublin for approximately €155 million, The Irish Times reported.

Completed in 2018 by Park Developments, the six-story property comprises 11,250 square meters of office space, 329 square meters of retail space and 34 car parking spaces.

The building is leased to tenants including Airbnb Inc., Israel-based Wix.com Ltd. and Boston-based LogMeIn Inc., generating an annual rental income of about €7 million.

Savills and CBRE jointly marketed the office property.
