Barclays PLC named Barry Rodrigues as the CEO of Barclays Bank Delaware and head of Barclays U.S. Consumer Bank.

Rodrigues will remain the CEO of Barclays Card & Payments, a role he was appointed to in November 2017. Previously, he was head of digital payments at Citigroup Inc. and president of the global network business at American Express Co.
