Report: EQT weighs sale of FocusVision

EQT Partners AB is considering selling market research company FocusVision Worldwide Inc., Private Equity News reported, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Investment bank Houlihan Lokey has been employed by EQT to run the sale process, the people said.

The business is likely to generate EBITDA of about $32 million in 2019, some of the sources said.

EQT bought its stake in FocusVision in 2015, making it the first platform investment made by the private equity firm out of its U.S. middle-market fund, according to the report.
