Great Hill Partners LP-backed Ikon Science Ltd. bought wellbore data management and visualization company Perigon Solutions for an undisclosed sum.

U.K.-based Ikon, a quantitative subsurface software technology provider, received majority investment from Boston-based private equity firm Great Hill in October.

Great Hill invests in business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies with a focus on software, financial and healthcare technology, digital media, e-commerce and internet infrastructure.
