Kimco Realty sells 12 properties for $153M in Q4'19

Kimco Realty Corp. said it sold 12 properties aggregating 1.9 million square feet for $153.0 million during the fourth quarter of 2019, with the company's share of the sales totaling $146.5 million.

The shopping center real estate investment trust also sold two wholly owned land parcels worth a combined $47.5 million.

The sales included the 228,000-square-foot Woodbury Centre in Harriman, N.Y.; the 313,000-square-foot Green Orchard Shopping Center in Walker, Mich.; the Mesa Pavilions North and Mesa Pavilions South adjacent centers totaling more than 300,000 square feet in Mesa, Ariz.; and the 302,000-square-foot Towne Square in Roanoke, Va.
