Rovita Q3 profit climbs YOY

Rovita SA said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to 4 groszy per share, a gain from 1 groszy per share in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 485,930 zlotys, a gain from 164,530 zlotys in the year-earlier period.

The normalized profit margin increased to 0.6% from 0.3% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue climbed 20.3% year over year to 75.7 million zlotys from 62.9 million zlotys, and total operating expenses rose 19.6% from the prior-year period to 74.6 million zlotys from 62.4 million zlotys.

Reported net income rose 40.0% year over year to 364,990 zlotys, or 3 groszy per share, from 260,650 zlotys, or 2 groszy per share.

As of Nov. 10, US$1 was equivalent to 4.02 zlotys.
