Geke SA said its first-half normalized net income came to 8 euro cents per share, a decline of 42.1% from 14 cents per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was €694,240, a decline of 42.1% from €1.2 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue decreased 8.3% year over year to €4.3 million from €4.7 million, and total operating expenses increased from the prior-year period to €3.1 million from €3.1 million.
Reported net income declined 39.1% on an annual basis to €775,790, or 9 cents per share, from €1.3 million, or 15 cents per share.
