SS&C Technologies Holdings prices $2B senior notes offering

SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc. priced a private placement offering of $2.0 billion of its 5.5% senior notes due 2027.

The notes will be issued by the company's subsidiary, SS&C Technologies Inc., and guaranteed by the company and the subsidiaries that guarantee its existing senior secured credit facility.

The offering is slated for completion on March 28.

Net proceeds of about $1.99 billion will be used to repay a portion of the company's outstanding term B-3 loan under its existing senior secured credit facilities.
