The supervisory board of PKN Orlen SA, Poland's largest oil refiner, dismissed CEO Wojciech Jasinski and two management board members, Radio Poland reported.
Jasinski will be succeeded by Daniel Obajtek, who stepped down from his role as CEO of Polish energy company Energa SA, which he had held since February 2017.
Orlen's board also chose one of its members, Józef Wegrecki, to serve as a management board member until a new one is named, which is expected within three months, Radio Poland said.
