Invesco Mortgage Capital director to retire if confirmed as undersecretary

Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. director Karen Kelley informed the company that she intends to retire from the board if confirmed by the U.S. Senate as Undersecretary of Commerce for Economic Affairs, according to a Form 8-K filing.

If Kelley is not confirmed as undersecretary, she will retire from the board effective Dec. 31, as previously announced.
