Puerto Rico-based Popular Inc. lead director William Teuber Jr. will retire from the board, effective Dec. 31.

The board appointed John Diercksen lead director, effective the same day.

Teuber is retiring to devote more time to other professional responsibilities.


Dallas-based North Dallas Bank & Trust Co. added Mary Higgins and Timothy Jordan to its board, effective Jan. 1, 2020.

Higgins is president and CEO of the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. Jordan is managing director of Dallas capital markets at Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.


North Garden, Va.-based Old Dominion National Bank added Jim Abdo, Jennifer Bognet and Mindi McClure to its board.

The three new board members are based in the Washington, D.C., area. Abdo is president and CEO of Abdo Development. Bognet is executive vice president of Bognet Construction Associates Inc. McClure is the bank's executive vice president and chief strategy officer.


Oak Ridge, N.J.-based Lakeland Bank promoted Rob Feldmann to senior vice president and commercial team leader for the Denville and Totowa lending teams based in Totowa, N.J. The bank also promoted Mary Ann Popek to vice president and assistant branch administrator.

Additionally, the bank hired Bharat Naran as first senior vice president and director of its technology services group. Naran most recently was head of information technology and security at MDC Partners Inc.


PNC Bank NA appointed Taylor Franco senior vice president and market manager of business banking for Alabama and Georgia, the Birmingham (Ala.) Business Journal reported. Prior to her promotion, she was business banking sales director.

Pine Bluff, Ark.-based Simmons Bank promoted Greg Martin to executive vice president and division president for its northwest Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma markets. He previously was market president for northwest Arkansas.

Morgan Stanley appointed David Flowerdew head of macro trading for North America, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Flowerdew, head of U.S. rates, replaces Mitchell Nadel, who is leaving the firm, according to the report.


Corinthian Capital Group LLC named co-founder Steven Kumble chairman emeritus.


Walker & Dunlop Inc. added Managing Directors Tim Noonan and Dave Hendrickson and Senior Vice President Pat Modig to its debt brokerage team in the Midwest.

Noonan, Hendrickson and Modig joined the company from Jones Lang LaSalle.
