Three Hills Capital Partners buys minority stake in Borealis Hotel Group

Three Hills Capital Partners acquired a minority stake in Amsterdam-based Borealis Hotel Group BV, Private Equity News reported.

The middle-market private equity firm made the investment through Three Hills Capital Solutions III. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Borealis was founded in 1997 and develops hotel projects across the Netherlands and Belgium. It also operates InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton, AccorHotels and Marriott properties.

Three Hills Capital Partners will support Borealis' plan to grow its regional and international footprint.
