Seattle-based First Sound Bank is raising $1 million in equity, according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Oct. 30.
The offering is not being made in connection with a merger, acquisition or exchange offer. The minimum investment accepted from any outside investor is $50,000. No investors had participated in the offering as of the filing.
The company has about $140.6 million in assets, according to Sept. 30 financials.
