iRhythm Technologies Inc. raised $115 million in gross proceeds through its underwritten public offering.
The San Francisco-based digital healthcare company sold 1,575,342 common shares at $73 apiece, including 205,479 common shares sold as the underwriters fully exercised their overallotment option.
J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley were the joint lead book-running managers for the offering while Canaccord Genuity and BTIG were the co-managers.
